At the moment, I work online only. Sessions can take place via Zoom, Google Meet, or another messenger that is convenient for you.
Sessions usually take place once a week at a fixed time. One session lasts 55 minutes.
My current working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00 Moscow time.

My work is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT. The main idea of CBT is that emotional distress and psychological difficulties are connected with our thoughts and behavior. This is what we work with in therapy.
